Arthur Paul Mcmains

Arthur Paul McMains, 72, died Thursday, January 11, 2007  at his home in Truxton, Arizona with Mary Lou, his wife of 56 years,  was at his side. ?I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith?. 2 Timothy 4:7. Hi is survived by three brothers; Jim, Charles, and Richard; 8 children, Starla Edwards, Darla McPherson, Sharon Phillips, Terri Eggers, Paula Slaughter, Clay McMains, Dorothy Winters, and Paul McMains, Jr. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and a very large extended family. Paul moved to Prescott in 1972, where he founded McMains & Sons excavation. He retired from business in 1995 and lived with Mary Lou in Chino Valley, Falgstaff, and Truxton, AZ. A celebration of Paul?s life will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at the Word of Life Assembly in Chino Valley. Graveside services will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott. Paul was a man of great faith. He loved God, his family and this country. He will be missed until we meet again.
