Beverly Rose Newton

Beverly Rose Newton,86, of Prescott, AZ passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was born in Wilmington, California to Herbert and Eva Johnsten. 

Beverly is survived by her son Ed (Kellye) Newton, daughters Beverly (Gary) Yarborough and Karen (William) Potvin, sister Shirley Williams, niece Jane (Doug) Johnson, grandchildren Warren, Nicole, Michael, and Grant, and great-grandchildren Kyla, Cody, Davvyn, Avery, Alex, Ethan, Tyler, Oliver and Aiden. 

Beverly was a loyal member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a talented designer and had a passion for arts and crafts, quilting, embroidering, and sewing. She also enjoyed designing and sewing wedding dresses.

Beverly was very proud of her extensive teddy bear collection and the making of baby blankets for newborns at military hospitals. She dearly loved her family and friends.
