In loving memory of Irlene Spitler, 81 passed away on November 12th, 2016. Irlene was born to Lynn and Willie Howard Mapp on October 22nd, 1935 in Carnegie, OK. Along with her older brother Bob (deceased), her family moved to Salinas, CA in 1937. Ten years later her younger sister Billy was born. Irlene was a beautiful, loving, and devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, and a great-great grandmother. Her love for her family was as big as her heart, which was huge. She always made sure each and every one felt special to her in their own individual way, but she was the "special" one. She will forever be loved and missed by all! Irlene is survived by her loving husband of 33years, Fred Sr., daughter Geralen and husband Tom and her two grandson's David and Bobby; son Michael and wife Jo and her two granddaughters Amber and Alex, her sister Billy (Sissy) and husband Don, and her niece and four nephews. She is also survived by her stepsons; Fred Jr. & Kelley, Mark Sr. & wife Dorena, Jeff Sr. & wife Carlene, Joseph Sr. & wife Renee, step daughters Kae and husband Jim and Lori and husband Mike. Irlene was also a loving grandmother to 18 additional grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. There will be a memorial service for Irlene on Friday, November 18th at 2:00pm. The service will be held at Ruffner Wakelin-Bradshaw Chapel; 8480 East Valley Road, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314, officiated by Mrs. Renee Spitler. A reception will follow Irlene's memorial service at her and her husband's home at 7279 Goodnight Ln in Prescott Valley.
