Dwain Waldo Cruse

On November 10, 2007 at 9:45 PM MST, Dwain W. Cruse began his spiritual journey to join his Lord, surrounded by his loving family.  Dwain began his life journey January 1, 1917.  His journey took him through many towns and occupations. During his time as a member of the U. S. Navy and a veteran of WW II he found a love for aircraft and flying.  He finally settled in Encampment, Wyoming for a life work of construction, civic duties and environmental stewardship.  In 1963 he married his soul mate Lorraine and together they continued his work.  They shared an avid enthusiasm for hunting and fishing.  In 1999 wanting warmer climes they sold their interests in Wyoming and moved to Prescott Valley, AZ.  Dwain was preceded in death by his two brothers Bob and Don Cruse.  He is survived by his wife and soul mate of 43 years, Lorraine, 3 adult children Larry (Bonnie), June (Larry) and Judy (John), 8 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, a sister Viola (Ellis) of Modesto, CA a brother Roy (Norma) of Riverside, CA plus numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to count.  Final journey arrangements and cremation will be conducted by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel & Crematory, Prescott Valley, AZ.  Dwain?s final rest will be in the mountains of Wyoming that he loved per Dwain?s wishes.
