Elizabeth Betty Huff

?Betty? Huff, 80, died Sunday April 5, 2009, at Kindred Hospital in Westminster, California. She was born November 16, 1928 in Panama, Iowa; the daughter of Eugene and Catherine Keane.   She met and married the love of her life, Jim Huff, on October 4, 1947. Betty was a homemaker who raised 11 children. When her children could take care of themselves, she started a career as an office manager at Coop Engineering. Jim and Betty moved from Whittier, California to Prescott, Arizona in 1987, after nearly 35 years in California. Betty returned to California in 2008 to be closer to more of her children.   While in Prescott, Betty was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and participated in their ?Fun Bunch? She enjoyed bowling, and was often league secretary. She enjoyed the many trips to Laughlin and Las Vegas, and spent countless hours serving the Prescott community by delivering ?Meals on Wheels?.   Betty is survived by her children and their spouses; Sue Coyle of Fresno, Calif., James (Katherine) Huff of Tracy, Calif., Martin (Nicetas) Huff of Simi Valley, Calif., Catherine ?Jean? White of San Jose, Calif., Walter ?Larry? (Esther) Huff of Tolleson, Ariz., Richard (Jennifer) Huff of Phoenix, Ariz., Cynthia (Paul) Zive of Fountain Valley, Calif., Diane (Peter) Jackson of Whittier, Calif., Roger Huff of Anaheim Calif., Judy (Mark) Wilkinson of Portland, Ore. Betty is also survived by her sister Terri Wilson of Tucson Ariz., 29 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.   Betty was preceded in death by her husband Jim, her parents, her sister Mary Keane, brothers Tom Keane, and John Keane, and her daughter Peggy Huff.
