Joan Sue Weiss joined her Lord on May 5, 2019. She was born in Cuba, Kansas on September 4, 1938 to Ed and Zelma Uleen Rytych. She is survived by her husband Irwin, her daughter Laura Susan Lilley-Coles and her spouse Lottie Elizabeth Lilley-Coles, her sons Bradley Steven Lilley and his spouse Helen Lilley, and Timothy Scott Lilley. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tamryn Carol-Lynn Ray, Steven Craig Lilley, Tawney Sue-Lynn Lilley, and her great granchild Timmy Ray - all the gems in her life.
Joan was very friendly with a delightful, cheerful smile. She graduated from Franklin High school in Los Angeles, California. Her passions were her Christian religion, her beautiful singing voice, and especially, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. Being very popular, she was president of the Jaycees Wives of San Dimas, California. Also, being fond of camping and the outdoors, she served as president of the Yavapai Sams RV'ers for two years.
Funeral services will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Covina, California.
She will be greatly Missed!
