Arthur L. Butler joined his parents and beloved son, David Lee in heaven on Decmeber 23, 2008. He was born in Menlo Park, California. He is survived by his beloved wife, Joy Johnson Butler of 56 years and two sons, Robert & Art and grandosn, Austin.
