Barbara Elaine Smith-Witter
Barbara Elaine Smith-Witter, 79, of Chino Valley, passed away on February 13, 2015. She was born on March 4, 1935 in Van Nuys, CA to Charles and Anita Willoughby. Barbara is survived by her son Steven (Brittani) Smith, daughter Cynthia (Kirk) Munn, sister Emily Guernsey, and grandchildren Jennifer and Brittany Munn. Barbara enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was very proud of her only son Steve.
