Betty Jean Sheperd

Betty Jean “BJ” Sheperd, 84, of Prescott Valley, passed away suddenly on May 18, 2025. Born October 20, 1940, in Pueblo Colorado, the daughter of Dr. Fred W Dickson. Betty was predeceased by her husband of 53 years Parris G Sheperd. She is survived by her daughters Jean Marie Espina of Kapolei, Hawaii and Kiana Cain of Prescott Valley Arizona. 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Betty was a proud loving Navy wife, mother and homemaker. She was also an Ombudsman for the Navy. She was loved not only by her family but by her many friends near and far. Betty will be deeply missed.
