Cecilia Ann Peters

Cecilia (Ceil) Peters, 82, entered Heaven peacefully at home on Monday, August 10th 2026, after

A long battle with lung disease. Ceil was passionate, warm and kind, an enjoyment to be around.

Ceil was born on March 31, 1944, in Emigrant Montana, grew up near Pray Montana, moving to

Billings Montana at a young age. She attended Billings Central Catholic Schools, and

Graduated from Carroll College in Helena, Montana with a degree in Medical Technology.

She moved to Prescott, Arizona, from Laramie Wyoming with her husband in 1988.

Ceil worked in hospital laboratories as a medical technologist for over 40 years, she loved her work.

Ceil worked in Mankato, Minnesota, Denver, Colorado, Laramie, Wyoming and Prescott AZ until she

Retired. Ceil loved traveling and going to concerts, especially enjoying the Prescott Pops Symphony Orchestra

which she did with her husband. She liked fresh vegetables from The garden, especially tomatoes,

Ceil was preceded in death by her parents, Vince and Louise Rigler, sister Carol Gordon.

Survived by her husband Howard, nieces and nephews,and many cousins.
