Charles is survived by his mother Shirley, brothers Tom and James Dippre, sisters Deborah Dippre, Sandie Espinoza, and Shirley Thompson.
He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching all types of sports but watching the Philadelphia Eagles play football was his favorite activity. Charles was very proud of his family and his career as a restaurant manager.
