Elbert Fess Walter Fessenden
Elbert Walter Fess Fessenden died September 17, 2010 at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona.
He leaves behind his sisters; Joan Salado of Tolleson, AZ, Carol (Bob) Scott of Ashflats , Arkansas, and brother, John (Shirley) Fessenden.. Fess was preceded in death by his sister Jessie Nelson.
Fess retired from the United States Navy after serving 22 years, and was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
