Frances M (Flinn, Weaver) Putzier, longtime resident of Twin Falls, passed away in Prescott Valley, AZ on February 8th, just 2 weeks after her 99th birthday celebration. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Florence Flinn, husband, Arnold Putzier, and son Robert Weaver. She is survived by her daughter Diana Radil (Gary) of Prescott Valley AZ, daughter-in-law Diane Weaver of Heber, AZ.
