George 'Ray' Huard Jr.

George Ray Huard Jr. 86, died February 20, 2011 in Prescott Valley, AZ. Ray was born June 26, 1924 in Dearborn, Michigan, son of George Sr. and Viola Huard.

He had a brilliant mind and retired as a design engineer in the electronics industry in Palo Alto, CA. Ray enjoyed writing and golfing, he was an environmentalist and enjoyed keeping current on the latest environmental issues. The photo shown above reflects the happier times of Ray dancing with his great-grand niece Sarah.

Ray is survived by his brothers; Donald (Margaret) Huard of Prescott Valley, Richard (Marge) Huard of Dearborn, Mi, and Kenneth Huard of Phoenix, sisters; Shirley (Joseph) Sweeney of Placentia, CA and Mary Schmidt of Anaheim, CA. Survivors also include numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
