Jack Jerald Mertes, 79, passed away in Prescott, Arizona on February 3, 2017. Jack was born July 31, 1937 in Massillon, Ohio. He is survived by 2 children, Jack Joseph Mertes and Michelle Ann Woodruff of Prescott Valley, AZ, by 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren of Prescott Valley, AZ, and his sister "Pats" Price and family of Ohio. Funeral arrangements by Ruffner-Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel. Services to be private.
