Jim Harold Chapman
Jim died Thursday, February 7, 2008 at the Bob Stump V.A. Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. He was born January 4, 1942 in Prescott, Arizona; the son of Emery (Bill) and Veda (Gray) Chapman. Jim was 66 years old. Jim requested that there be no services for him and a private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory. In lieu of flowers, Jim reqeusted donations be made to the charity of your choice.
