On July 21, 2025, Jimmy Kenneth Johnson of Prescott Valley, AZ, passed away at the age of 87 years.

Jim was born to Ellis and Katherine Johnson on May 23, 1938, in New Boston, TX.

Jim retired from Coca Cola after 22 years. He was a U. S. Marine. He was a Baptist. Fun loving Jim took pleasure in entertaining and enjoyed piddling around in his house and yard. He liked visiting with his neighbors. Jim had a deep love of family.

He was preceded in death by his children, Kenneth Raymond Johnson and Carla Annette Slider.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ginger, three daughters, Cynthia Starks (Scott), Jeanne Whitecotton (Donny), and Crystal Gilliland (Rob), numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his sister, Joyce Lewis (Otto).

Services with military honors will be 11:00 am, July 31, 2025, at Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, AZ. Interment will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ, at 2:00 pm.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, AZ.
