Joyce Ann Havard
Joyce Havard, 68, passed away in Prescott on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. She is survived her her daughter, Shelley Soifer of Prescott, and her two sons, Michael Havard of El Cajon, CA & John Havard of Loomis, CA. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
