Larry Duane Krumm, 90, of Paulden, Arizona passed away March 5, 2026. Born on June 27, 1935, to Adolph and Alma Krumm in Grinnell, Iowa, Larry lived a life marked by dedication to his family, his career and his community. Larry graduated from Grinnell High School in 1953. After High School he attended Iowa State Teachers College (now University of Northern Iowa) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business in 1957. He started his career in the financial world with Liberty Trust and Savings Bank in Durant, Iowa. In 1960, Larry came west upon obtaining a managerial position with Valley National Bank in Flagstaff, Arizona. At Valley National Bank, he met Judith Black and they married in 1962. From 1958 to 1964 Larry served Active Duty and Reserves in the US Army. In 1965, he changed careers to a Stockbroker with Refsnes, Ely, Beck & Co., Rauscher Pierce Refsnes and later Edward Jones. Larry was active in Kiwanis, holding several offices and coached his sons’ Little League team. After retirement, he and Judy split their time between their homes in Flagstaff and Paulden, where they raised Longhorn cattle and Quarter horses. Larry is preceded in death by his brother Donald, parents Adolph and Elma, wife Judy and great granddaughter Evelyn Key. He was also reunited with his brother, Ronald, who passed away shortly after him. Larry is survived by sons Mark (Karen), Brian (Brandy) and Kent (Lynette); 9 grandchildren, Amanda (Michael), Charissa (Alex), Abbey (Jeremy), Brian (Alexandra), Anthony, Megan, Austin (Lauren), Ryan and Shelby; and five great-grandchildren, Emery, Evan, Kensington, Callahan, Elliott Joy, in addition to eight step great-grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that any donations be made to a cause close to your heart in honor of Larry.
