Linda Sue Farrer

Linda Sue Farrer

Linda was born in Champayne, IL to Louise and Wells Farrer. She suffered her whole life with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) so Linda's journey through life was nothing short of extraordinary. She could swear the paint off the walls due to teaching for 30 years; some of which were spent teaching criminals. She was funny, crude and sometimes crazy. She controlled her ADHD by long-distance running and when she was to old to do that took everything available to calm her down.

She graduated from college in Physical Education and English and had a Masters in Physiology and Education. She was generous to a fault with anyone who needed anything she had.

She will be missed by those who loved her and thought she was funny. Linda had funny stories from every age of her life. She also had no filter, so whatever came into her active mind came out her mouth. This was not always a good thing, but people usually loved her in boring faculty meetings.

She was loved for over 40 years by Janet Allen, her partner in life. They were married in Palm Springs when it became legal. Linda is survived by her sister, Julie Jensen of Slat Lake, UT and many friends.
