Marie J. Sparks

Marie J. Sparks, died October 30, 2014 at Good Samaritan Marley House. She was born August 15, 1924 in Germantown, Illinois; the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Budde) Albers. Marie was 90 years old. Marie was an active and devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Parish, as a member of Altar Society, Legion of Mary and served as a eucharistic minster Marie enjoyed gardening, sewing and in her own words was proudest of her family. Marie is survived by her son Ron of La Plata, New Mexico; daughter, Mona M. Burton of Phoenix; sisters Marcella (Roman) Wilhem and Margaret Pollman both of Illinois; grandchildren Melissa and Brooke; and great-grandchildren Rhianna and Keenan.

Final Commendation will take place on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, AZ
