Maryan Sandy James

Maryan was born to Ronald Jacobs and Thelma Luiten Varkevisser.  Maryan worked as a single mother and raised two beautiful children Arthur and Stacy.  She worked and devoted herself to her career as a Registered Nurse.  Her accomplishments include graduating from NYU-1963 in Business Administration, Phoenix College-1977 AA Degree in Nursing, NAU-1998  BSN w/honors, NAU Master Program 1999.  She was very respected in her field; she also lectured and did counseling evaluations for Vocational Rehabilitation Medicine in 1984.  She spent endless hours with her animals, especially her horses.  Maryan is survived by her two children; Arthur James and Stacy James.
