Survived by her parents Joel and Debra Seibert, siblings Anthony Berube, Misty Rojo Berube, Amanda (Seibert) Bradbury, and Boyfriend Edward Romero.

She earned an AA degree from Citrus College in Covina, CA, BA from Cal Poly in Pomona, CA, and a MA from Pepperdine in Malibu, CA all in the field of Family and Marriage Therapy.

Noelle loved to learn new things whether it was Line Dancing, Salsa, or participating in Karaoke. She enjoyed challenging herself mentally with word puzzles and watching court TV to learn about our judicial system as well working with her hands such as stitchery or jigsaw puzzle there was nothing, she was not willing to try or learn about.

Noelle had a zest for life that in many ways was childlike. She was always challenging herself to do and be better at helping herself and her clients. She enjoyed what she did for a living, working with people was her passion.
