Oakley Kelly Williams

Oakley "Kelly" Williams, 90, passed away July 9, 2009 in Prescott, Arizona. He was born August 7, 1918 in Mt. Union, Iowa to Bernard & Frances (Buchanan) Williams. Kelly was preceded in death by a son, Bill Ryan Williams; brother, Ward Williams and sister, Maxine Spaustat. He is survived by his wife, Carol; son, Scott (Charlotte) Williams; daughter, Kilby (Robert) Samarzich and grandson, Mark Ekdahl. Kelly worked for over 30 years with Blue Cross and served 4 years in the merchant marines. He enjoyed golf, theartre, reading and music. He was a member of the Optimist Club and was a tour guide for the Prescott Chamber of Commerce. No services are planned.
