Rose Fassbender

Born June 19th 1930 in Milwaukee, WI. Born to eternal life peacefully at home June 14, 2015 Beloved wife for 65 years of Jerry. She was the loving mother of Mark, Neal “Walker” Fassbender, Laura (Douglas)Mettelman. She was dearly loved by grandchildren Matthew (MaryCatherine), Robert, and William Mettelman. She is survived by brothers Ralph and Earl “Happy” Soine,Richard Pheiffer, and will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Rose loved singing. She was a member of the renowned Bel Canto Choir, Milwaukee, WI for over 27 years as well as St.Mary’s Church Choir, Elm Grove, WI. She also served as docent for the Milwaukee Museum and Pabst Mansion. Rose enjoyed gardening, worked in woman’s fine clothing and bridal shops. Rose was a faith-filled, loving mother and wife, a gracious hostess to everyone, and a giving generous person to all.
