IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sandra Louise
Bobbitt
November 20, 1946 – February 22, 2026
Sandy Bobbitt passed away peacefully, leaving behind a life marked by independence, strength, and deep personal conviction.
Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Voth, her parents, Wally Fowler and Imogene (Kirsch) Fowler, nephew Todd Fowler. She is survived by her brother Richard Fowler and his wife Sherry Fowler; her brother Joseph Fowler and his wife Carol Fowler; her sister Kris Fowler; her nephews Clint and Bruce Fowler; her niece Amanda Disney.
Born in Chicago, Sandy was raised in Augusta, Kansas, where she spent much of her childhood and formed cherished memories at the family’s country property, Shady Rest. Those early years in Kansas remained a meaningful part of her life and identity.
Sandy dedicated much of her professional life to caring for others. She graduated from nursing school as a nurse practitioner and also practiced as an occupational therapist. Most of her career was spent serving patients in Southern California. Later in life, she moved to Arizona to enjoy retirement and to live out a long-held dream of embracing the cowgirl lifestyle and the beauty of the Southwest.
Sandy was both tough and particular, a woman who followed her own path and lived life on her own terms.
She had a love for music and enjoyed playing the piano as well as other instruments. Sandy was also a devoted animal lover and shared a special bond with her beloved cats, Tigger and Tassie. She enjoyed exploring and traveling locally, taking in the landscapes and experiences that Arizona had to offer.
In her later years, Sandy became deeply involved in her faith, leading Bible studies and growing in her relationship with Jesus Christ.
She will be remembered for her determination, her individuality, and the many lives she touched throughout her career and personal life.
