Sandra I. Deakins

Sandra died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the Northern Arizona V.A. Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. She was born June 26, 1949 in Phoenix, Arizona; the daughter of Herman and Shirley Corsun. Sandra was 61 years old.
Sandra proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. She worked as a radiologist, raised two children, enjoyed photography and loved animals.
Sandra is survived by her children; Shannon Deakins of Warrenville, SC, Richard Deakins & his wife Jessica of Colorado Springs, CO, grandchildren; Dylan and Sydney, her brother Robert Corsun & his wife Sherie, and sister Janice Goldberg, both reside in California.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in Sandra's name to: Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Rd., Prescott, AZ 86301
