Sandra Jean McInnis, 73, died March 14, 2014 with her loving husband Bob by her side in Prescott, Arizona. She was born June 9, 1940 in Medford, MA to George & Helen (Small) McInnis. Sandy is survived by her husband of 16 years Bob Forsey; her brother George (Janice) McInnis of Boston, MA; her niece Meghan Cornely; and her nephew Darren McInnis.
