Thomas Kirk Hay
Thomas Kirk Hay 87 of Prescott Valley, AZ passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center East.
He is survived by two sons, David and Tom Hay.
Services will be held on a later date in Springfield, IL.
