Virginia Belle Thorne

Virginia Belle Thorne died Friday, March 7, 2008 at Meadow Park Care Center in Prescott.  She was born April 19, 1924 in Los Angeles CA; daughter of John and Alice (Deskin) Adams.  She was 83 years old.   Virginia enjoyed being outdoors, especially when she was gardening.  She loved every aspect of flower gardening ? planting, growing and picking them.  She appreciated their beauty and loved their scent.   Virginia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and loved her family dearly.  She was most proud of her husband, Ray.  She will be missed very much.   Virginia is survived by her loving husband, Raymond; son Richard Thorne of San Luis Obispo CA; daughter Linda L. Thorne of Las Vegas NV; brother Joh Q. Adams of Prescott; grandchildren Shelly, Sarah, Cooper, and Zack; great grandchildren Ashley, Jasmine, and Destiny.
