Wanda Persel, 70, died May 24, 2012 in Prescott, Arizona. She was born August 15, 1941 to John & Mary Tucholski in Camden, NJ. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Stokes; and sons Robert Phillips, William Phillips, and Thomas Phillips. A private cremation was held at Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel.
